Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. At Arcane Travel Agency (Eke Travel Turizm Ltd. Şti.), we understand that travel plans may change. Therefore, we have outlined clear policies for cancellations and refunds to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

   1. General Cancellation Policy
      If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason, you may do so up to 21 days before your scheduled departure. In this case, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the total booking amount. No reason for the cancellation is required.

   2. Cancellation Within 21 Days
      If a cancellation is made less than 21 days before the scheduled departure, the full booking amount will be subject to a no-show charge. No refund will be provided in this case.

   3. Force Majeure (Mandatory Cancellations)
      In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, serious illness, or other emergencies, cancellations may be made up to 72 hours before departure, provided that a force majeure event is clearly demonstrated with valid supporting documentation. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued.

      • Accepted force majeure reasons include events such as:
        • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
        • Serious illness or medical emergencies (with a doctor’s certificate)
        • Government restrictions or travel bans
        • Any other event deemed as a force majeure under Turkish law

   4. Refund Process
      Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. However, please note that the refund process may take up to 21 days depending on the bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the banks or payment systems.

   5. No-Show
      If you do not show up for the booked service without any prior cancellation or valid reason, no refund will be issued, and the full payment will be retained as a no-show fee.

   6. Changes to Bookings
      Any changes to bookings, such as date alterations, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 7 days in advance if you need to make any changes to your booking.

Important Note: When the reservation date is changed, the original booking date will still be considered the reference date for the cancellation and refund policies. The legal deadlines cannot be bypassed, and you agree that in case of a date change, no refund will be issued for the full amount for any reason.
